Our refund policy for our online printing services is simple. If your order hasn’t started printing yet, we’ll cancel it and offer a full refund. No penalties.
But because we want to provide a fast service, most of the work we receive gets processed right away, that said, if you beat the clock and email your cancellation request to email@example.com before we print, we promise to honor it and give you your money back.
We strive to provide our Users with the best possible printing experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department. Our representative will document your complaint and create a ticket for your reference.
